R.Tel Product Return and Refund Policy
Purchase from Shop: When purchasing products from R.Tel's shop, you must check the product in front of the salesperson. In case of later problems, if the product has a warranty, it will be covered by the warranty.
Online Order: In case of online orders, if there is a manufacturing defect after receiving the product, you must inform our hotline within 24 hours. However, there should be no scratches on the product and the product box should be intact. Otherwise, it is not exchangeable.
Delivery Acceptance: If you feel that the product is not what you ordered when receiving the online order from the delivery man, the box should not be opened or damaged. In this case, the product will not be exchangeable.
Defective Product Exchange: Defective products are exchangeable in our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the product defect and implement the exchange.
If necessary: If the product is not needed after purchasing, it will not be returnable or exchangeable.
Warranty Conditions: Warranty is not applicable due to dents, burns or injuries.
Change Charge: If the buyer wants to change the product through the delivery man, then a charge of 200 taka will be applicable. Only courier charges are applicable outside Dhaka. If the product is found broken or burnt, the buyer will bear the full responsibility.
Unsupported Device: If the product purchased by looking at the R.Tel website description is not supported on the specific device or if there is a change of mind after purchase, then the product is not returnable or exchangeable.
Software/License: Software or software license is not returnable or refundable after purchase.
Other Product Selection: If the product has to be returned for any acceptable reason, the price is not refundable; another product will have to be taken instead.
Refund Charge: Refund charge is applicable on all mobile financial services, online gateways or POS payments.
Courier Terms: If the courier finds the product damaged or the packet torn, the buyer should refrain from accepting it. No complaints will be accepted later once it is accepted from the courier.
