Warranty and General Service Policies:

Warranty Information: The warranty service of the products sold from R.Tel is provided by the manufacturer. It is operated by the parent company of the specific brand. The warranty terms of each brand are mentioned on its own website, and R.Tel assists them in implementing this service.

BCS and International Policies: R.Tel, BCS, and follows international and domestic warranty policies.

Service Warranty: For fiber joint machines or OTDR machines, only the service warranty of the machine will be effective; there is no warranty for other parts. In the case of ANU, only the ANU warranty is applicable, the adapter warranty is not applicable.

Laptop Warranty: Laptops have a 1-3 year warranty depending on the model and brand, but the battery and adapter have a 1 year warranty.

Dead Pixels: A minimum of 3 dead pixels must be visible for a monitor warranty claim.

Items not covered by the warranty:

Wet or Broken: The warranty will not be valid if the monitor is wet, burned, damaged, or has deep scratches.

Serial Sticker: If the serial sticker is partially or completely removed, the warranty will be void.

Printer Cartridges and Adapters: Printer cartridges, toner, and power adapters are not covered by the warranty.

EOL Products: The warranty is not applicable to products that are considered EOL (End of Life) in the market.

Special Terms and Conditions for Service:

Repair Time: Repairing products under warranty may take from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more.

Courier Damage: R.Tel will not be liable for any damage caused by the courier.

Additional Information:

Lifetime Warranty: The lifetime warranty will remain in effect as long as the product is in the market. However, as per BCS policy, the service can be enjoyed for a maximum of 2 years.
